libextutils-f77-perl software package provides module to compile and link FORTRAN 77 code for Perl modules, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-f77-perl
libextutils-f77-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-f77-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-f77-perl *
You will get with libextutils-f77-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
